Non-Profits

To support the local 501-C3 non-profit community the Get Green Expo will make available a limited number of exhibit spaces at this special discounted rate. These spaces include: 8’ backdrop, 3’ side rails, 8’ professionally draped table, 2 chairs, listing in show program, listing on website, employee/volunteer name badges, 20 free tickets, access to Ticket Share Program*. In addition participating non-profits will also have the ability to participate in various fund raising programs including sponsor tie-ins, tee shirts sales, silent auction, etc. Participating non profits will also have the opportunity to share in the distribution of proceeds generated from the event and allocated by the Get Green Foundation.

*Ticket Share Program

The Ticket Share Program is a unique opportunity for the Get Green Expo to partner with non-profit organizations to ensure a successful event.  This revolutionary concept provides financial support of the participating organizations that are truly committed to spreading the word about the show. Our goal is to collaborate with non-profit organizations and in return for helping promote the show through their newsletters, websites, word-of-mouth, etc., they can share in the revenues generated by online ticket sales.

Participating non-profits will receive a promotional code that can be used by consumers when buying advanced online tickets at the Get Green Expo website.  Participating non-profits will receive 100% of the money generated by those sales, after processing fees and taxes, up to $425 which will cover the initial cost of show participation. For every dollar of income generated above $425, the non-profit will receive 50% of the net sales for the remainder of tickets sold with their promotional code.  There is no limit to how much money a non-profit can make.

Participating organizations will not have to worry about being responsible for any money collection or handling of tickets and will be able to receive periodic status updates.  Many events talk about partnering, but for a true partnership to work, there must be an equitable arrangement – the Get Green Expo is committed to supporting our non-profits and acting as a truly valuable partner.

Creating the Ticket Share Program is a great example of how the Get Green Expo is striving to be one of the most innovative and successful green events in the nation.
